Select Nova Scotia is currently looking for Nova Scotia producers to participate in the their 2nd Annual Source Local Marketplace taking place at the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association (CRFA) ApEx trade show, April 18 and 19, 2010 at Exhibition Park, Halifax.
What is the Source Local Marketplace?
• An interactive meeting space for producers and chefs
• Producers will showcase their product and speak directly with foodservice buyers
• Encourage dialogue - questions can include: where to look, who to call, when to deliver, what to sell, and how to nurture a long-term relationship
