Incredible Picnic in Musquodoboit

Musquodoboit Farmers Market, Eastern Shore Community Centre in the Bingo Hall
August 22 11AM - 3PM

Come out to the Musquodoboit Harbour Farmers' Market on August 22 for a great day filled with entertainment and activities for the whole family.  We will have jugglers, poetry readings, a fiddler, a bluegrass trio, a church choir, face painting, Scottish Country Dancers, and more!  HRM and the Lake Charlotte Heritage Society are presenting old fashioned and modern games, and the peace park has playground equipment.

We also have all kinds of great food vendors with a variety of local food, including: fish chowder, fish cakes, corn-boil, lemonade stand, mussels and salads, provided by local service groups and non-profit groups. The  regular vendors at the market are preparing special picnic packages.

*NOTE: In accordance with NS Liquor laws wine may be sampled at the event booths but wine, cider or other alcohol cannot be consumed at the picnic.
